Shiny Screws
Silver screws look good under the bonnet, or indeed anywhere on the car. Use stainless if you can afford it, if not then use zinc plated. Another bonus is that they don't go rusty like the standard screws do. Only one problem though, I used mild steal allen key bolts which all rusted themselves in and then the heads rounded off so I had to use a monkey wrench to get them out. I have now replaced them all with stainless steel Torx style bolts which look a lot better and will not go rusty or round off.
